The location is nice and quieter than the busy downtown. However, it’s located in upper downtown and really up hill. It could be quite the climb on foot for some. The breakfast was a la carte and better than most buffet breakfasts.

The frond desk people responded quickly to calls we made from our room. Liked the coffee making machine in the room. Liked the free apples provided in the lobby. Liked the big-screen television and the channels. Liked the big beds. Liked the small refrigerator. Like the quiet and silence.

The first night we did experience some minor problems in the room (toilet was not flushing properly). the front desk staff were extremely attentive and were able to move us to a new room with a fully functional bathroom. Anything we asked for was looked after immediately. It was a fully booked hotel and was amazed at the service we received. We felt like we were given the royal treatment.

Amazing heated swimming pool, temperature is perfect. Even when it is raining and cold outside, we can still have so much fun in the pool. It's definitely save the day. Has life guard onsite, excellent idea for families with kids. Never seen hotel gym has so many equipment. It's just amazing, my husband loves it! We really like the room has lots of shelves in the bathroom for our hygiene stuff. And hooks and shelves in the room for towels and clothes.

Very nice personel at the bar/restaurant, very friendly. The location was just perfect! Rooms very spacious.
